This should help you fish the whole beach as all the areas on Crane's are effected the same way by inflow & exit of water. Now spots 4 is shown at mid tide and might not fish well because of it. One thing you have to do on Crane’s is Move! Some areas of Crane’s can be good for 2 hours and others can turn on with fish for as little as 5-10 mintues. Not only do you have to move, move, move at Crane Beach to be in the right place to take advantage of the situation in paricular area; You also have to have the will power to walk by a give area you think might have fish to get to an area that will have fish. Yes this means you have to walk away from fish! Once you get to your spot or area have the patience to wait for the tide to fill in or go out and you will be very surprised that your perseverance to wait and walk by fish in other areas did paid off. Now this does not mean that you should walk to one of these area and wait 3 hours? No, Crane's has more than two spots and no two spots on this beach are worth it. Plus if a boat gets in there with its mortor on it shuts down for 20min so move. Each area on the beach only pops for about two hours max and even more frustrating to fisherman is that the best fishing in a given are only last for about an hour. Walking 3 miles to fish for 20min! wicked awesome!
