One of the best lures all year was the Micah Dean Sand eel. It did not matter if it was dark or light out. Deep water or shallow, front or back this lure just keep the fishing coming all year and I can’t wait to give it a shot in 2012. |

August was the new September and Chanson had an awesome year with big fish and his white pencil popper. With the big storms over the last few winters the sand has built up in the bay adding new spots and filling in old ones so you never know what it will look like next year. |

Took a brake from the beach this year to do some Tuna fishing with Bobby C and 2 out of 3 trips we landed tuna. I'm looking forward to get back out with this awesome tuna fishermen because there will most likely be a very slow September run in 2012 like this last fall run. |

There was not much if any fall run this year! Day after day of slow fishing. I try to do some lazy fishing off the rock in the late fall since my legs are shot after a long summer. Nevertheless, the bait did not show nor did the bass. Yet if your fishing with Porter B your fishing with the best so you bound to catch something. |
